新品上线:SARS-CoV-2功能蛋白发布

近日,Nature发表了中科院微生物所关于新冠中和抗体的重大研究成果,他们从康复患者筛选出了两株全人源单克隆抗体CB6和CA1, 其中CB6克隆在非人灵长类动物试验模型中能够有效治疗和预防新冠病毒感染。目前国家药品监督管理局已经正式批准CB6(JS016)的临床试验申请。CR3022单抗克隆株是一株从非典肺炎康复患者体内分离出的全人源化单克隆抗体。这株抗体虽然可以和新冠病毒交叉反应,但是不具备中和和抑制病毒感染的功能,是一株作为广泛研究的参照抗体。

目前检测新冠病毒的主要方法是核酸检测和免疫学检测,采取核酸检测为主,免疫学检测为辅的策略。其中免疫学检测分为抗原检测和抗体检测两种,对于免疫学检测来说,优质的抗原抗体对于检测的灵敏度和特异性至关重要。缔码生物应用HEK293人源细胞表达平台制备的重组新冠病毒S蛋白更接近于天然翻译后修饰,并且我们也对表达纯化的S蛋白测试进行了ACE2受体蛋白结合功能验证和多种已发表新冠病毒中和性单克隆抗体结合功能验证(包括最新的CB6和CR3022单抗克隆)。
