(A) DME100204 does not bind to Jurkat cells that do not express CD73.
(B) A clear peak shift of DME100204 was seen compared to the control when incubated with CD73-expressing HT55 cells, indicating strong binding of DME100204 to CD73. Antibodies were incubated at 10 μg/mL.
