Figure 1. Expi 293 cell line transfected with irrelevant protein  (left) and human CD38  (right) were surface stained with Rabbit anti-CD38 monoclonal antibody 1μg/ml ( clone: DM28) followed by Alexa 488-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody.

Figure 2. Flow cytometry analysis of antigen binding of rabbit anti-human CD38 mAb (DME100027). (A) DME100027 does not bind to 293T cells that do not express CD38. (B) A clear peak shift of DME100027 was seen compared to the control when incubated with CD38-expressing H929 cells, indicating strong binding of DME100027 to CD38. Antibodies were incubated at 5 µg/mL.
